BBPOM Surabaya Assignment Letter System
An assignment letter and travel order system for a government agency.
About the Project
The Surabaya office of Indonesia’s Food and Drug Authority (BBPOM) regularly issues assignment letters and travel orders (SPPD) for staff working outside the office. These documents used to be prepared by hand, which made them prone to typos and hard to track.
We built SIRAT, a web-based assignment letter system, so assignment letters, travel orders, and travel receipts are created in one place from the same employee data.
Key Features
- Employee data: Employee ID, position, rank, and personal details, with Excel export.
- Assignment letters: Letter number, purpose, destination, departure and return dates, budget source, and in-city or out-of-city scope.
- Travel orders and receipts: Travel orders and receipts for daily allowance, lodging, and transport for every assigned employee.
- Document printing: Assignment letters, travel orders, and receipts printed in the official format.
- Master data: Manage admins, positions, and ranks.
Outcome
Assignment letters and travel documents are now produced faster in a consistent format. The letter history is stored neatly and easy to search.
