ABCWeb services are provided by PT Ruang Kerja Nusantara (NIB 0510260038665). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our Services
abcweb.id provides custom website development, landing pages, and website maintenance services.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing the content (text, images) needed to build the website.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the work agreement signed by both parties before the project starts.
Copyright & Ownership
Ownership of the live website is transferred to the client after full payment. The source code remains the intellectual property of abcweb.id, unless the chosen service package explicitly includes handover of the source code, or a separate source code license is purchased for an additional fee.
Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project unilaterally after work has started, the agreed down payment is non-refundable, to cover the time and resources already allocated.
Support & Maintenance
abcweb.id provides free fixes for technical errors (bugs) for a certain period after launch. Changes or new features requested after handover are charged separately.
