About the Project
Amertha Makeup Academy is a makeup school in South Jakarta offering beauty training, from self makeup classes to professional courses for aspiring makeup artists. The school needed a website that not only introduces its programs but also accepts class registrations and payments online.
We built the website and its admin panel on Laravel. Prospective students can browse programs, pick a class batch that is still open, fill in the booking form, and pay through Midtrans without manual confirmation.
Key Features
- Programs and class batches: Each program has several batches with dates, location, and quota. Batches that are full or have already started can no longer be booked.
- Online booking: Prospective students enter their details and pick a batch straight from the program page.
- Midtrans payment: Payments are processed through Midtrans, and the order status updates automatically once paid.
- Email notifications: Emails are sent when an order is created and when payment succeeds.
- Admin panel: Manage programs, batches, transactions, users, testimonials, FAQs, and contact messages.
Outcome
Amertha Makeup Academy now has one place to present its programs and take in new students. The whole flow from choosing a class to paying runs online, so the academy team no longer has to record registrations and check payments one by one.
