Ricky & Ani Digital Invitation
A two-day reception invitation with a full entertainment schedule.
About the Project
Ricky and Ani held their marriage ceremony in November 2022, followed by a two-day reception on 21 and 22 January 2023 in South Sumatra. Each day of the reception had different entertainment, so guests needed the full schedule.
We built a digital invitation in soft brown with a rose frame. Besides the ceremony and reception schedules, it lists the entertainment for each day, from a single keyboard act and campursari to a shadow puppet performance.
Key Features
- Personal guest name: The guest’s name appears on the opening screen based on the shared link.
- Event and entertainment schedule: The ceremony, the two-day reception, and each day’s entertainment, with a button to Google Maps.
- Photo gallery and music: A photo album with music that can be paused any time.
- Digital envelope: The couple’s e-wallet numbers, copyable with one tap, plus a gift delivery address.
- Wishes and RSVP: Guest wishes are stored in Firebase and appear instantly for other guests.
- Telegram notification: The couple receives a Telegram message every time the invitation is opened.
Outcome
Guests from many cities could check the reception and entertainment schedule, send a gift, and leave wishes from one page. The couple tracked on Telegram who had opened the invitation.
