A sales and stock system for an aquarium store.
About the Project
Bintang Aquarium sells aquariums, pipes, decorative stones, and fishkeeping supplies. The store needed a system to record sales, supplier purchases, and constantly changing stock.
We built a web-based sales and inventory system with different access levels for cashiers, managers, and the store owner.
Key Features
- Sales: Cashiers record each transaction, total, cash paid, and change per customer.
- Purchasing: Purchases from suppliers recorded with their details.
- Inventory: Products by category with search and stock details per supplier.
- Customers and suppliers: Customer data with categories, balance, and credit, plus supplier data.
- Reports: Printable sales and purchase reports by date range.
- Role-based access: Menus and data adapt to the cashier, manager, or owner role.
Outcome
Sales and purchases are recorded neatly, stock is always visible, and the owner can check reports any time without tallying ledgers.
