About the Product
antri.id is a SaaS product owned by abcweb.id, not a client project. We built it for clinics and hospitals that want to reduce crowding in the waiting room without installing an app or special hardware.
Each facility gets its own portal with its own name, logo, and theme color. Patients simply open the clinic’s link or scan its QR code in a phone browser, then register and track their queue from anywhere.
Key Features
- Online booking with no download: Patients choose a clinic, doctor, and visit date, then fill in their details in three steps.
- Digital e-ticket: After registering, patients receive a queue number, booking code, estimated service time, and a QR code.
- Real-time queue tracking: The number being served at each clinic updates automatically on the patient’s phone.
- Waiting room monitor: A full-screen view for the waiting room TV, with a chime and automatic voice calls (Text-to-Speech).
- Staff dashboard: Staff call patient numbers and manage doctors, practice schedules, clinics, booking quotas, and the pharmacy queue.
- Multi-tenant: One platform serves many facilities, each with its own address and settings.
